Please make an effort to NOT flush the “flushable” wipes down the toilet. These products clog public sewer pipes and pump station equipment, leading to sewer backups.
 
Many household cleaning products are labeled and marketed as “disposable” but should not be flushed down the toilet. These include:
 
Moist “flushable” wipes
Disinfecting wipes
Baby wipes
Facial tissues
Mop refills
Paper towels
Towelettes

Who Can Apply For 0% Loans?
▪LMI* Homeowners: 0% deferred loans may be made to eligible LMI homeowners to make needed home 
repairs. The loan does not need to be repaid to the Village of Boyceville until the home is sold or 
is no longer the owner’s primary residence. Loan amounts typically range from $15,000 to $20,000.

▪LMI* Homebuyer: 0% deferred loans may be made to eligible LMI homebuyers to assist with purchasing 
an existing home within the Village of Boyceville. The loan is used to pay for up to half the down 
payment, and all reasonable closing costs. The loan does not need to be re- paid to the local 
municipality until the home is sold or is no longer the owner’s primary resi- dence. Loan amounts 
typically range from $15,000 to $20,000.

▪Loans to Landlords: 0% loans may be made to eligible landlords who agree to rent their units to 
LMI household* for at least 5 years. The loan with Landlords are amortized and need to be repaid to 
the Village of Boyceville. Loan amounts typically range from $15,000 to
$20,000. Landlords who accept CDBG loans may not charge rents in excess of the prevailing, 
non-subsidized rents in the local municipality as defined by the CDBG Housing Program.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held at the Boyceville Community Center in the Village of Boyceville, 1233 Charlotte Street., on Thursday, December 8th, 2022 at 5 pm., for the consideration of the following proposed Village budgets for the 2023 fiscal year,at which time any taxpayer or resident of the Village will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect thereto.  The proposed budgets in detail are now available for inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk, 1233 Charlotte Street., Boyceville, WI, 54725, 8am-3:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, or by appointment.
