Monthly Meetings
The Village Board meetings are held monthly and are open to the public. The meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:30pm in Village Hall located at 1233 Charlotte Street.

Purpose Of The Committee
The Committee of the Whole is where the discussion happens before final proposals are made to be acted on at the Village of Boyceville Board Meeting. In these meetings, discussion will occur relating to any changes being made in the Municipal Government. The financial health as well as the cities operations will be reviewed during these meetings. Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 5:30pm in the Village Hall located at 1233 Charlotte Street.
Administrative Committee

Purpose Of The Committee
The Administrative Committee handles the following:
- Personnel issues and benefits.
- Oversight of the Village Clerk / Treasurer’s office activities.
- Review of complaints against Village Hall employees or Department actions.
- Finances.
- Contracts.
- Purchasing.
- Economic development.
- Oversight of sale of Village owned property.
- Oversight of housing in the community.
- Oversight of zoning.
- Review of fines and fees for licensing.
- Represents the Village with the Dunn County Economic Development Corporation.
- Coordinate with Building a Better Boyceville organization.
- Review of municipal ordinances relating to general government, zoning, and licensing (Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, & 13).
Public Works & Facilities Committee

Purpose Of The Committee
The Public Works & Facilities Committee handles the following:
- Oversight of Public Works activities and equipment.
- Review of complaints against Public Works employees or Department actions.
- Maintenance of current facilities.
- Review fines and fees for services related to Public Works.
- Planning for future facilities and equipment.
- Oversight of public use of facilities.
- Coordination with PUC and DNR oversight.
- Airport oversight and planning.
- Transportation and public roadways planning.
- Solid waste and recycling oversight and coordinating with Dunn County Solid Waste.
- Represent the Village on the Boyceville Library Board.
- Review and assist in preparing preliminary Public Works budgets.
- Review of municipal ordinances relating to public works and infrastructure management (Chapters 6, 8, 9, 12, & 14).
Public Safety Committee

Purpose Of The Committee
The Public Safety Committee handles the following:
- Oversight of Police Department operations and equipment.
- Review of complaints against Police Department employees or Department actions.
- Coordinate and represent the Village on the Boyceville Community Fire District and Boyceville Community Ambulance District boards and the departments operations within the Village.
- Review fines and fees for violations of ordinance and public safety services.
- Emergency management planning and coordination with the Emergency Management Director.
- Coordinate with schools on School Crossing Guard program.
- Review and assist in preparing preliminary Police Department and Crossing Guards budgets.
- Review of municipal ordinances related to public safety and nuisances (Chapters 5, 10, 11, & 15).
