NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED REZONING — 1320 WEST STREET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Boyceville, Dunn County, Wisconsin, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 5:30PM, at Village Hall, 1233 Charlotte Street, Boyceville, Wisconsin, to receive public comments regarding the following proposed zoning amendment:

Property address: 1320 West Street, Boyceville, Wisconsin
Parcel number: 1710623014352300012
Current zoning: Agricultural
Requested zoning: Commercial

The requested rezoning is intended to accommodate the existing Dunn County Door business and allow business signage, subject to applicable Village requirements.

All interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village Clerk-Treasurer before the hearing.

The rezoning application, a map of the affected property, and related materials are available for review at Village Hall. A copy of the map may be obtained from the Village Clerk-Treasurer. For additional information, contact the Village office at 715-643-2351.

Following the public hearing, the Village Board may consider and take action on the proposed rezoning.
